Returns Policy

Consumers may return ONLY new (unused) items within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange!  BottleItAmerica (BIA) will refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item(s).

You should expect to receive any refunds within 5 to 10 business days from the date of BIA’s receipt of merchandise.

If you need to return an item, simply send an email to gary@onecoolproduct.com .  BIA will upon receipt of your return request, issue you an email with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a ship to address for your return. Once you receive the RAN, simply prepay the shipping cost back and if the return is due to an BIA error as stated above, we will gladly refund the shipping cost to you.

Shipping

BottleItAmerica ONLY ships to customers within the United States, Canada and Mexico at this time! There may be additional shipping costs associated with product being shipped to Canada and Mexico.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your delivery by date if so requested, on the availability of your items selected and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
